Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of ALAVEO GmbH, Chamerstrasse 176, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (hereinafter "ALAVEO"). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their currently valid version.

2. Conclusion of contract

A purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer submits an order in the online shop (e.g. by clicking on “Buy now”) and ALAVEO accepts this order by sending an order confirmation via email.

Delivery is subject to product availability and ALAVEO's correct self-supply. ALAVEO reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or non-payment.

The resale of products is reserved exclusively for official ALAVEO partners and requires written authorization from ALAVEO.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.
Payments can be made using the payment methods specified in the online shop.

4. Delivery

Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 working days after receipt of the order and is carried out primarily by Swiss Post.
Shipping is only possible within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Delays in delivery do not entitle you to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of ALAVEO GmbH until full payment has been made.

6. Return & Right of Withdrawal

a) Conditions

Returns and refunds are only possible for products purchased directly through www.alaveo.ch . Products purchased through other platforms or brick-and-mortar stores must be returned to the respective point of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products free of charge within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.

b) Return

The products must be sent in their original packaging to the following address within 14 days of the cancellation notice:

The shipping date is crucial for compliance with the deadline. We will cover the return shipping costs. After contacting us, you will receive a prepaid return label, which you must use.

After inspecting the returned goods, the full purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method. For significantly used or damaged products, a reasonable discount may be applied. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned goods or appropriate proof of return has been provided.

c) The right of return excludes:

• Already opened or damaged products

• Items with expired best-before date

7. Products, Application & Liability

ALAVEO products are manufactured and tested in compliance with high quality standards.
Use is at your own risk. ALAVEO assumes no liability for improper or inappropriate use of the products.
Please note product-specific instructions for use and possible residues of natural ingredients.

8. Data protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). Customer data is treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for order processing.
Data will only be shared with third parties involved in order processing (e.g., payment service providers, logistics partners). Further information can be found in the privacy policy .

9. Liability

ALAVEO is liable exclusively for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Any further liability, in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of ALAVEO GmbH in Zug, Switzerland.
